Before A Healthcare Crisis Occurs, Do You Have The Benefits You Really Need?

For many seniors, doubts about healthcare benefits are keeping them up at night. Do you know for certain that you’re really well-covered by the plans you have? What are you missing? On September 8, many Georgetown seniors decided the time to find out for sure was now.

Whether already enrolled in Medicare or considering changes to their plans, Georgetown seniors joined us on September 8 to get the answers at our Seniors Living Smarter Seminar: “Before A Healthcare Crisis Occurs, Do You Have The Benefits You Really Need?” We assembled a panel of experts including Steve Decovic, Managing General Agent ofSilver Key Benefits, and Bobby Coates, Agent for Texas Medicare Shop. They provided guidance regarding questions such as:

• Where can you get advice on choosing the right plans for you including Original Medicare, Medicare Advantage and Prescription Benefits?

• How often should you review your plans to see what may have changed?

• Do you know what is and is not covered in your current plans?

• Do you need Long Term Care insurance?
