Whether you choose to “stay put” in your current home or move to one more manageable, if you are 62 or older, you have options – lots of them! The challenge is knowing which options are right for you and taking them time to learn what it takes to age in place long after retirement. In the upcoming Seniors Living Smarter seminar on April 19th we will cover these topics and more.
- Making your home more accessible
- Options for financial security
- Finding reliable in-home care providers
During this 90 minute discussion we will have an opportunity to hear from senior service industry professionals who are experts in their fields. You will take away valuable information and learn the keys to safely “staying put”. As always will close the discussion with a question and answer session where you will have an opportunity to ask your own questions of the panelist.
The goal of the seminars is to equip, educate, and inspire seniors to make informed decisions concerning their lifestyle. The seminars are held every third Thursday at 10:00 am and the location is the First Presbyterian Church, 703 S. Church St. ( one block east of the Georgetown Square ). Sign up is free, go to www.SeniorsLivingSmarter.com or call Virginia Lazenby at 512-818-0988.
