Home Prices in Texas Hit New Highs — Including Georgetown!

As national home prices recover, Texas is setting new highs. In June, Lender Processing Services (LPS) stats showed of the 40 large metro areas it tracks, three in Texas reached new highs: Austin ($237,000), Dallas ($182,000), and Houston ($181,000).

Located just a half hour from Austin in the Texas hill country, Georgetown is a vibrant community and home to a diverse, growing population of all ages. As you may know, Georgetown is part of the Austin metro and our prices are up as well.
